Department of Pathological Physiology
The founder of the department is Professor Khalida Esengulovna Mamanova, doctor of medical sciences, who headed the department of pathophysiology from 1959 till 1977. In August 1959, the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan commissioned an assistant, c.m.n., Khalida Esengulovna Mamanova to organize the Department of Pathophysiology of ASMI.
The assistants of the new department were: graduate of the Pediatric Faculty of the Saratov Medical Institute- Batima Zhumagalievna Umarova and a physician neuropathologist - Alexander Alexandrovich Zatoplyaev, who just moved to Aktobe from Russia.
The first laboratory assistants of the department were: Maria Alekseevna Maksimova and Sofia Istleuovna Iztleuova, they worked for more than 20 years. Subsequently, the department began to replenish the graduates of ASMI. The inspirer of scientific research was the organizer of the department Khalida Esengulovna Mamanova. For many years, employees and circles have done research on the state of nonspecific immunity in certain pathological processes, as well as when stimulating it. As a result of these works, theses were defended: doctoral thesis - Kh.E. Mamanova "Isohemagglutinins and heterogemagglutinins as nonspecific factors of the reactivity of the human and animal organism" (1968), candidate's dissertations: K.U. Kasenov (1968), V.I. Konstantinov (197 1y.), Zh.S. Sundetov (1973), U.I. Iskazieva (1975), Т.B. Begalin (1977), Yu.I. Budchanov (1982). Professor Kh.E. Mamanova died in 1977. In 1977-1999, the department was headed by prof., MD Kogantay Urazovich Kasenov.
Since 1999 department was headed by Candidate of Medical Science, Professor Omarova Kulyash Primzhanovna. The research work of the Department of Pathophysiology entered a new stage. Scientific research on the theme: "Transplantation of embryonic hepatocytes with various forms of liver failure" was conducted under the supervision of prof. MD. J.A. Doskaliyev.
K.P. Omarova defended her thesis on the theme: "Pathogenetic substantiation of transplantation of embryonic hepatocytes with various forms of hepatic insufficiency" in 2001. The main directions of scientific work are researches of the influence of fetal tissues on the body. Academician M.A. Aliev, K.P.Omarova and others published the monograph «Modern Methods of Surgical Treatment of Chronic Diffuse Liver Diseases».
In 1989, she successfully defended her thesis. In 2001, she defended her doctoral dissertation. In 2003, she was awarded the title of professor. In 2002 - 2005, she was a member of the Dissertation Council of t Kulyash Primzhanovna in 2003 was appointed pro-rector for educational work of the university, and since 2008 - pro-rector for educational, methodical and educational work. In August 2012, the life of Omarova K.P. tragically cut short.
|Kandygulova Gulnar Zholdykairovna, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Lecturer at the Department of Pathological Physiology since 2018. She defended her thesis in 2007 on the topic: "The morphological state of the iliac lymph nodes in pregnant rats on the background of low-protein nutrition."
|| Taskozhina Gulaym Esenbaevna, MD, senior teacher of the Department of Pathological Physiology. From 2001 to 2014 he worked as a lecturer at the Department of Pathophysiology. 2012-2014 GE Taskozhina studied for a master's degree in "Medicine" in 2014 and defended his master's dissertation on "Morphofunctional changes in regional lymphatic nodes in the correction of aseptic inflammatory bowel disease."
Mukyshova Gulbanu Demekbaevna, MD, PhD, senior teacher of the Department of Pathological Physiology.
From 2001 to 2014 she worked as a teacher at the Department of Pathophysiology. 2012-2014 G. D. Mukyshova studied at the magistracy in the specialty "Medicine". In 2014 she defended her master's thesis on the topic "The effect of licorice oil extract on the morphofunctional state of hematopoiesis in chromium poisoning".
|Zhylkybekova Aliya Kalievna, Master of Medicine, Senior teacher of the Department. 2013-2015 A.K. Zhylkybekova studied in the magistracy in the specialty "Medicine". In 2015 she defended her master's thesis on the topic "Pathophysiological aspects of laboratory diagnostics of congenital hepatitis in newborn children." Currently, the department conducts practical classes with students of all faculties, is responsible for organizing and conducting classes in groups with English as the language of instruction.
|Alieva Lida Muzaparovna Master of Medicine, senior teacher of the department. In 2013-2015. L.M. Aliyeva studied in the magistracy in the specialty "Medicine". In 2015 she defended her master's thesis on the topic "The combined effect of chromium and boron on the functional state of the bone marrow."
||Nurymova Gulnar Kentaevna has been working as a teacher of the department since 2012. Currently, the department conducts practical classes with students of all faculties. Carries out the work of the secretary of the cathedral meetings.
| Egizbaeva Dina Kozhabaevna, teacher of the Department of Pathological Physiology since 2017. She is a 2-year undergraduate student. The defense will be in 2021 on the topic: "Indicators of a subpopulation of lymphocytes in women with breast cancer (by the example of the Aktobe region)."
||Auezova Darigul Sayynovna, teacher of the Department of Pathological Physiology since 2012. She is currently responsible for the educational work of the department.
|Pirozhenko Natalya Nikolaevna, lecturer at the Department of Pathological Physiology since 2014. He is responsible for the continuous professional development of teachers at the department.||Akhmetova Ulday Zhaksybaevna, Master of Medical Sciences, has been working as a teacher at the Department of Pathological Physiology since 2019. In 2019 she defended her master's thesis on the topic: "The psychological state of the adult population living in the oil and gas regions." He is the head of the student scientific circle "Young pathophysiologist" at the department.
|Shorina Gulnar Zhakenovna from 1991-2008 worked as a laboratory assistant at the Department of Pathophysiology. In 2008 she was appointed a senior laboratory assistant.
