Department of Strategic Development
The Department of Strategic Development includes: the Department of Strategic Development and the Department of Quality Management System.
The main purpose of the Department of Strategic Development is to:
– determine the strategic directions of the university's development in accordance with the State Programs for the Development of Health, Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– achieving the targets of the University's Development Program, the University's mission and quality policy in all areas of its activities;
– ensuring the university's participation in national and international rankings, preparing for the university's accreditation.
The Department of Strategic Development reports to the Vice-Rector for Strategic Development, Science and International Cooperation and interacts with all structural divisions of the University.
The head of the Department of Strategic Development is Candidate of Medical Sciences Kurmangaliev K. B.
