Dear teenagers and parents!
We invite you to take part in a study to assess the state of bone metabolism and mineral density in primary dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls. (12 to 18 years old).
This study is part of a research project by the Ministry of Education and Science. Ultrasonic densitometry is used to assess bone mineral density (osteopenic syndrome). Blood tests reveal the following parameters: magnesium (Mg), potassium, sodium, ionized calcium (Ca2 +), vitamin 25-OH D and hormones (etradiol, parathyroid hormone, progesterone ). In addition, one of the features of this study is the study of the genetic relationship of the following markers with polymorphic species CALCR (rs1801197), COL1A1 (rs1800012), VDR (rs731236). Thus, the study of primary dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls with a state of bone mineral density allows us to identify aspects of the new direction. The number of girls participating in the study is limited. During the project, each researcher will spend about 50,000 tenge on laboratory and instrumental research. Participation in the study is free. You can get more information by calling one of these numbers to participate in the study.
